Dermal Fillers

Plump, lift and enhance

Dermal fillers can help rejuvenate your skin by softening wrinkles and deeper folds, restoring volume to cheeks and lips and creating lift, definition and contour.* They are usually based on hyaluronic acid, a naturally-occurring sugar found in healthy skin. As we get older we produce less hyaluronic acid – but as this incredible substance holds over 1,000 times its own weight in water, it fills lines and folds when expertly injected for a younger, fresher look.

Our team is highly experienced in creating natural-looking results and we only use FDA-approved Juvéderm® dermal filler products. Renowned for their safety, efficacy and dependability, they are also extremely versatile. From reducing the lines that appear between your nose and mouth to plumping lips and firming and revitalising your skin with our advanced non-surgical face lift – dermal fillers can help you look and feel great.*

  1. What are dermal fillers?

Most dermal fillers are gels made from hyaluronic acid. They are injected into specific treatment areas including the mouth and nose area, lips, cheeks and brow area to replace lost volume, smooth lines and wrinkles and add definition. They can help restore a more youthful look.*

We use Juvéderm® dermal fillers as we can rely on their proven and reliable effectiveness.

  2. What happens during treatment?

After an in-depth consultation with your aesthetician, we’ll apply a topical anaesthetic (numbing) cream to the treatment area. We’ll then gently inject the dermal filler for an instant smoothing, lifting or volumising effect.* You might feel a little discomfort but most of our clients find the treatment manageable.

  3. How long does the treatment take?

You’ll usually be with us for 30 to 45 minutes. That gives us time for consultation and to answer any questions you might have.

  4. How long should results last?

Results vary from one person to the next and also depend on the type of dermal filler, area treated and your metabolism. We’ll talk through this in detail during your consultation.*

  5. What about downtime?

There is no real downtime with dermal-filler treatment and you’ll be able to carry on with life as normal. There may be a little swelling and redness after treatment which should go down within hours. Bruising is also possible but this usually fades over a few days.*

  6. Are dermal fillers safe?

Dermal fillers are an extremely safe treatment and many thousands of procedures have been carried out. Allergic reactions are very rare.
